2. Custom Design Services
For custom print or digital design orders, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If work has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund.
- If work is in progress, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of completion.
- Once the final design has been delivered, no refunds are available.
Please review proofs and drafts carefully before approving final delivery.
3. Affiliate Products (Amazon and Third Parties)
Products purchased through affiliate links (such as Amazon) are not sold or fulfilled by Azora Guide.
- We do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for affiliate purchases.
